MINERVA — State Police were looking to talk to anyone who may have seen a white or off-white car that may have been used by the woman who robbed a Route 28N store on Tuesday.

Investigators were looking for anyone who may have seen a light-colored Ford Mustang or Dodge Charger in the Minerva area and/or around Mammy and Pop’s General Store on Tuesday. The car may have been used by the woman who allegedly pistol-whipped the owner and stole several hundred dollars around 10 a.m. Tuesday.

In particular, police were looking to speak to anyone whose vehicle has a dashboard camera, or any delivery workers, trash haulers, or log truck drivers who may have passed through the area that morning or made a stop at or near the business, Trooper Jennifer Fleishmann said.

State Police also asked that anyone who may have observed a woman wearing dark-colored jogger’s clothing in the Minerva area around the time of the robbery, or anyone who has found a large amount of pennies in the area following the robbery call State Police in Lewis at 518-873-2750.

Store owner Jack Green suffered cuts and bruises from the attack, and was back to work at the store as of Wednesday.
