GLENS FALLS — Ridge Street restaurant Bistro Tallulah has allowed its liquor license to lapse, but has applied to renew it.

The eatery remains open, but a spokesman for the state Liquor Authority said the eatery's liquor license expired as of Nov. 30. The proprietors applied in mid-December to renew it, and that application is pending, according to the state agency. There has been no disciplinary action against the licensee or establishment, the Liquor Authority spokesman said.

A call to the restaurant was not returned Tuesday.
