BALLSTON LAKE — A Ballston Lake man allegedly injured a Saratoga County Sheriff's Deputy during an domestic incident investigation in the Town of Ballston Friday night, the sheriff's office reported.

Phillip C. Little, 57, was arrested and charged with felony second degree assault and two misdemeanors, after police were called to domestic incident on Saratoga Road at 9:11 p.m.

According to police, Little is accused of threatening another person with a broken glass, physically interfering with deputies investigating the complaint, and of causing physical injury to a deputy.

"The deputy suffered a broken finger," the sheriff's office release reported.

Little was arraigned in Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County jail, pending further action.
