QUEENSBURY — A Queensbury woman was charged with two felonies after she was found to be drunk after she drove into a snowbank on Gurney Lane early Saturday, police said.
Melissa E. Diffee, 38, was charged after the Warren County Sheriff's Office came upon a Chevrolet sedan off the road just before 12:30 a.m., the agency said in a news release.
Diffee was found to be drunk and driving without a license, police said. She had a prior DWI conviction in 2014, which led to felony charges of driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, according to the Sheriff's Office.
She was released pending prosecution in Queensbury Town Court.
