FORT ANN — A Whitehall man was charged with a felony and two misdemeanors after he was pulled over on Route 149 early Sunday, police said.
Tyler E. Ingleston, 28, of West Street, was stopped just after 1:30 a.m., and Washington County sheriff's officers determined he was intoxicated and his driver's license was suspended from a prior alcohol-related conviction, police said.
Ingleston was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent, more than double the 0.08 percent threshold for driving while intoxicated, police said.
He was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor DWI and aggravated DWI and ticketed for failure to keep right and moving from his lane unsafely, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Ingleston was arraigned and sent to Washington County Jail on Sunday, but was free as of Friday afternoon.
Sheriff's Deputy Lance Barber and Sgt. Robert Sullivan made the arrest.
