QUEENSBURY — A Horicon man who used a stolen credit card while on probation for stealing a motorcycle has been sentenced to up to 4 years in state prison.
Andrew W. Millington, 26, of Brant Lake, pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of stolen property for an arrest last November in Warrensburg. That charge stemmed from his use of a stolen credit card to run up nearly $3,000 in charges.
He was charged in that case while on probation for a 2015 grand larceny conviction for the theft of a motorcycle.
Warren County Judge John Hall sentenced him to 2 to 4 years in state prison for the credit card case, with a 1- to 3-year concurrent term for the motorcycle theft.
