QUEENSBURY — A Queensbury woman whose driver's license was suspended 26 times pleaded guilty last week to a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Cara J. Carlin, 33, was arrested by State Police in August after a traffic stop at the intersection of Haviland Avenue and Richardson Street.
She was found to be driving despite more than two dozen license suspensions, which resulted in the felony count.
Warren County Judge John Hall put Carlin on interim probation for a year. If she does well, she will avoid a jail term and spend additional time on probation.
If not, she faces a jail or prison term.
