ARGYLE — A Lake Luzerne woman was arrested early Thursday after she crashed a car into a culvert and was found to be intoxicated, according to police.
No injuries were reported in the 2:27 a.m. crash on West Road, which left a Chevrolet Cruz heavily damaged.
Police said the driver, Eileen M. Mangan, 25, was found to be intoxicated, with a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent, and was driving despite the fact that her driver's license had been suspended because of a prior DWI arrest, the Washington County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
She was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Mangan was arraigned and sent to Washington County Jail but released later Thursday.
Sheriff's Deputy Jason Flynn and Sgt. Tim Carroll handled the case.
