TICONDEROGA — A Ticonderoga man was arrested on Christmas Eve after a report that he had violated an order of protection, according to a release from the Ticonderoga Police Department.
According to a news release, Brandon Dick, 34, was arrested after two officers were called to a residence on Dudleyville Drive in response to a report that Dick had broken through the residence's front door, violating an order of protection.
Dick was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, as well as felony charges of second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. More charges are pending, according to police.
Dick was processed and arraigned in front of the Ticonderoga Town Court and was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail.
