QUEENSBURY — A Queensbury man was arrested on two felony charges Monday for allegedly sexually abusing a child who was 13 or younger, police records show.
Ray H. Eaglin, 24, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual act and first-degree sexual abuse after an investigation by State Police into allegations he had sexual contact with a child acquaintance, officials said.
The arrest came after a two-week investigation by the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at the Queensbury station.
Eaglin was arraigned and sent to Warren County Jail for lack of bail. The charges are punishable by up to 25 years in state prison.
