QUEENSBURY — A Ballston Spa man who sold cocaine in Queensbury last year pleaded guilty recently to a felony charge in Warren County Court.
Lorenzo N. Figueroa, 27, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for a cocaine sale in Queensbury in November 2016. He was arrested by State Police, and formerly lived in Glens Falls.
Warren County Judge John Hall put him on interim probation for a year. If he does well, he will be sentenced to 5 years on probation.
If not, he faces up to 12 years in state prison.
