BALLSTON SPA — A Greenfield man who was arrested in July for burglarizing buildings in Greenfield and Milton has pleaded guilty to a felony burglary count.
Nathan K. Stone, 27, of Emigh Road in Middle Grove, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, a felony, for the crimes last summer.
He was charged with two felony counts of third-degree burglary after an investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Police said he entered buildings on Rock City Road in Milton and Route 29 in Greenfield and stole unspecified items.
Stone faces up to 4 years in state prison when sentenced Jan. 18 by Saratoga County Judge James Murphy.
