BALLSTON SPA — A Kingsbury man who smuggled prescription drugs in Saratoga County Jail was sentenced Friday to up to 6 years in state prison.

Nathaniel A. Harrington, 37, pleaded guilty in October to two felonies for smuggling the prescription drug Suboxone into the jail last June 12.

He pleaded guilty to felony counts of promoting prison contraband and tampering with physical evidence, and was sentenced Friday to 3 to 6 years in state prison.
