GLENS FALLS — A Glens Falls man was charged with felony assault Monday in connection with serious injuries suffered by a man during a brawl over the weekend, police said.
Moses E. Cintron, 18, of New Pruyn Street, was charged in connection with a Saturday morning fight in the Village Green Apartments complex, according to police.
He was accused of causing serious facial injuries, which included a broken jaw that needed surgery at Albany Medical Center, to the victim. Police were called at 1:52 a.m. about a brawl that involved several people on South Delaware Avenue and learned of one serious injury. No other arrests were made.
Cintron was charged with second-degree assault, arraigned and released, pending prosecution in Glens Falls City Court.
