QUEENSBURY -- A 26-year-old man's fourth felony conviction will land him in state prison for up to 4 years.

Joseph E. Castro-Serrano, of Amsterdam, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property in connection with the April use of a stolen credit card at one of the Rite Aid stores in Glens Falls.

Warren County Judge John Hall imposed a 2- to 4-year state prison sentence, which the judge recommended should include treatment in the state prison system's drug treatment program at Willard Correctional Facility.

He was arrested by Glens Falls Police.
