A New York City man who was arrested on felony drug charges in Warren and Washington counties earlier this year has been sentenced to 4 years in state prison.
Justin A. Morgan pleaded guilty to a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in Washington County and attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in Warren County.
Morgan, 21, of Brooklyn, was arrested in March after police raided an apartment on Mosher Hill where he had been staying. Officers seized 10 grams of crack cocaine.
Charges that he sold the drug in Queensbury before his arrest in Hudson Falls were later filed in Warren County.
