FORT ANN -- A Fort Ann man was charged with driving while intoxicated Friday after an early morning accident on Buttermilk Falls Road, police said.

No injuries were reported in the 3:28 a.m. one-vehicle crash near Route 149 in West Fort Ann, according to State Police.

Stephen J. Wargo, 23, was charged with misdemeanor DWI after he drove off the road, the State Police public information website showed.

He was also ticketed for failure to keep right and released pending prosecution in Fort Ann Town Court.

    I totally get the DWI, but the failure to keep right???? I am assuming he went off the right side of the road, so wouldn't the ticket be for failure to keep left???? Is there something missing from this story, especially if he went off the left hand side?
