In this class Roberta will share the teachings of the Weston A. Price Foundation. Dr. Price studied isolated, non-industrialized people and determined what common foods seemed to lend to their perfect physical form, and exquisite health generation after generation. We will discuss those teachings and learn to apply the principles in our own kitchens. We will discuss the importance of proper food preparation by soaking, sprouting and fermenting. We will learn to prepare bone broths and grind our own sprouted flour for bread baking and finally, we will share a surprise food that Roberta will prepare ahead.
