Look and feel your best! Get a head start on getting in shape before summer. Tabata is a high-intensity interval program where you perform an exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat this process for a total of 8 cycles. Tabata is a total-body, heart-pumping, aerobic and strength-conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Join us for this fun, new and exciting workout! Bring a light set of hand weights, a mat and a water bottle.
