No class on March 17
Get off the couch and on the road with our Couch to 5K program for beginners. Your coach will ease you into the adrenaline-pumping sport of running by starting you out with an interval walking and jogging routine. Over the 10-week program you will be amazed at what you are capable of.
A quarter-mile time will be taken at the first and last class so that you can see your progress. Your training will prepare you to successfully complete a local 5K race. Participants are responsible for their race registration fees. 5K participation is optional, but encouraged because it is so much fun!
