The last month of the year is nigh, and the Adirondack Thunder have their promotions lined up for it.

Fidelis Care Kids Free Friday will happen Dec. 1, 8 and 15. Fans can get a free youth ticket at the box office with the purchase of a full-priced adult ticket for all Friday home games. Also, this Friday will be a giveaway night, with the first 2,000 fans receiving a backpack, courtesy of Fidelis Care.

The Dec. 2 game is the annual Teddy Bear Toss and the first post-game skate of the season with the team, presented by Glens Falls Hospital.

Fans are encouraged to bring their stuffed animals to the game and throw them onto the ice after the Thunder score their first goal of the game. All animals will be donated to the Salvation Army.

On Dec. 9, it's Bill Dineen Night. The team will wear Bill Dineen-themed jerseys, which will be auctioned after the game, and raise a Bill Dineen banner in a pre-game ceremony.

Dec. 20 and 27 will be student discount nights. Students that show their high school or college ID at the box office can get $5 off admission to either game.

Dec. 23 will be a holiday celebration, complete with Santa Claus and a holiday atmosphere throughout the evening.

Finally, the annual New Year's Eve game, presented by Garvey Auto Group and with a special 5 p.m. faceoff time, features a "2 for $20.18" ticket deal.
