People seemed much more excited about Monday’s eclipse than I thought they would be.

It was great to see that astronomy clubs were out in force and eclipse-watching parties were taking place. But since this was only a partial eclipse, I wonder if many people were disappointed.

The good news is that a total eclipse will be take place in our region in just seven years – mark your calendars.

While you are waiting, you might want to check out the video slide show that our Online Editor Adam Colver did for the eclipse.
