Political consultant Kelly Eustis announced over the weekend he has ruled out running for Congress next year.

“I have decided not to run for Congress in 2012,” Eustis wrote in an e-mail on Saturday.

Eustis, a former Argyle resident, had been considering seeking the Republican and Conservative nominations to run in what is now the 23rd Congressional District of New York.
